Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) - Permanent

Remote UK

We are only able to consider candidates with full right to work in the UK

We're partnering with a fast growing UK fintech that is building digital financial products designed to make finance more accessible, transparent and customer focused. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative engineering team where you'll have genuine ownership, the freedom to experiment, and the chance to help shape products used by thousands of customers.

The business combines the pace of a scale-up with a strong focus on engineering quality, innovation and long-term impact.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Mobile Developer. You'll play a key role in developing and evolving the company's customer-facing mobile application, working closely with product managers, backend engineers and designers to deliver secure, intuitive and high-quality user experiences.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to influence technical decisions, contribute to architecture discussions and help shape mobile engineering best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
