Mobile Application Engineer
Mobile Application Engineer
About the Role
We’re tearing down one of the last great barriers to progress in the physical world.
While software evolves rapidly, industries like aerospace, healthcare, and energy remain hindered by outdated, manual systems. We are scaling after a 14× oversubscribed $4.5m seed round from leading players like Coinbase, Reddit, Klarna, and Spotify.
Our world-class team includes ex-unicorn founding engineers and top talent from entities like X, Google, Amazon, and Yandex. We thrive in high-ownership environments and love winners.
We’re creating the system that lets complex, real-world workflows move at software speed.
Who We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a Mobile Application Engineer who thinks in customer workflows—not tickets or isolated features.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to:
- Work closely with customers to understand on-site, on-the-go workflows
- Design and build end-to-end mobile solutions, from UI to state management, sync logic, and data
- Translate messy real-world processes into clean, intuitive software
- Ship customer-driven features with high ownership
Essential Experience:
- React Native + TypeScript: Building production-grade cross-platform apps for iOS & Android
- Native Integrations: Bridging gaps with Swift/Kotlin for camera, sensors, background tasks, and secure storage
- Offline/Sync Logic: Expertise in local persistence, offline capture, conflict resolution, and reliable sync
- AI Integration: Experience embedding AI (LLMs, agents, voice-assisted features) into mobile workflows
- Product Leadership: Ability to judge what to build, refine design, and ship quickly
- Deep Customer Interaction: Willingness to engage directly with domain experts (non-technical customers)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
