Mobile Application Engineer – High-Impact, High-Ownership Role

Currently, we’re scaling post-$4.5m seed round (14× oversubscribed, with backing from Coinbase, Reddit, Klarna, and Spotify) and gearing up for Series A.
Who We’re Looking For
We need a Mobile Application Engineer who prefers user workflows over tickets or isolated features.
This is a hands-on role: sit with customers in the field, define what works best for them, design and build the solution end-to-end, and watch it change their day-to-day work.
Key Fit Requirements
✔ Customer Embedding – Work directly with customers to observe, understand, and translate real-world field processes into mobile solutions. ✔ Mobile Product Engineering – Build complete mobile workflows, covering UI, local state, sync logic, and data. ✔ Domain Translation – Take complex, messy field operations and simplify them into intuitive, usable mobile software. ✔ React Native Proficiency – Ship production-grade cross-platform apps (iOS + Android) using React Native + TypeScript. ✔ Native Integration – Bridge gaps when necessary, עם:

- Native modules for camera, sensors, background tasks, or secure storage.

What We’re Looking For Technically
Must-Have Skills
🔹 Expertise in TypeScript + React Native (preferably with cross-platform experience equivalent to RN). 🔹 Deep understanding of native mobile systems for iOS & Android. 🔹 Familiarity with native code (Swift/Kotlin) when React Native limitations pop up. 🔹 Shipping experience through the App/Play Stores – release cycles, versioning, and compliance. 🔹 Backend integration knowledge (Python, REST, GraphQL etc.) to support sophisticated mobile workflows. 🔹 AI system integration – Experience with LLMs, agents, or model-backed APIs in production apps. 🔹 Offline-first mind-set – Building with real-world constraints (no msigneگ interfaces), not just screen-based apps. 🔹 Customer advocacy – Ability to talk to non-technical experts without blocking on definitions.
