About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our family. This role offers flexibility and the chance to make a real difference while developing new skills. Covering shifts across various branches, this position is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Details
- Location: Grimsby (and surrounding areas)
- Job Type: Permanent / Part-Time
- Payband: Starting at £12.75 per hour, increasing to £12.80 after a successful trial period, with the opportunity to earn uncapped weekly bonuses
- Hours: 16 hours over 2 days, including weekends (with overtime available once trained)

Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across multiple branches
- Provide relief cover for absences, assisting managers with day-to-day running
- Use initiative and training to support clients and colleagues (training provided!)
- Complete an act of kindness daily for customers or colleagues
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a mode of transport (essential)
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
