About the Role
As a Mobile Branch Colleague, you’ll provide a relief service to branches across the Scunthorpe & Grimsby area, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining the Timpson Group’s commitment to friendly, high-quality service.
Position:
Mobile Branch Colleague (Permanent / Part Time)
Location:
Scunthorpe & Grimsby (and surrounding areas)
Pay:
Starting at £12.75 per hour, increasing to £12.80/hour after trial. Uncapped weekly bonuses available.
Hours:
16 hours per week over 2 days, including weekends. Overtime available upon training.
Key Requirements:
- Full driver’s licence (personal transport required)
- No prior experience necessary – full training provided!
- Positive, friendly, confident personality with strong communication skills
- Willingness to perform an act of kindness daily for customers/colleagues

Responsibilities
You will:
- Cover operations in multiple branches, supporting day-to-day functions under a manager’s guidance
- Provide quick, professional relief service in case of absences
- Deliver tip-top customer care with kindness and attention to detail
- Handle laundry, clothing repairs, passports, carpet cleaning, and more
- Ensure continuous improvement through regular training and mentorship
