About the Role
Position: Mobile Branch Colleague Location: Yorkshire (and surrounding areas) Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Pay: Starting at £12.75/hour (rising to £12.80/hour after a trial period) + uncapped weekly bonus potential Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends, with overtime opportunities once trained
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide tangible support across our branch network by stepping in and assisting in day-to-day operations when needed
- Work closely with managers in various locations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
- Cover multiple branches within your designated area as a relief worker
- Inexperienced? No problem. We’ll provide comprehensive daily training to skill you up in our fun, hands-on methodology. Every colleague is guided step-by-step by our proven system!
