Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant!

Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team!

This is a Full time role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working 5 days per week, including weekends due to the nature of the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

This role is based within the Bristol area and includes a mobile element. You’ll be required to travel to other nearby sites during your shift to provide operational support, ensuring consistent service delivery across the area. This makes it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
  • Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
  • Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
  • Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
  • Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

What We're Looking For

No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following will be beneficial:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
  • Basic computer skills to operate site equipment
  • A basic knowledge of smartphones is essential for this role to ensure communication accross internal channels
  • Full Manual UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • A flexible approach and willingness to travel between sites during shifts
  • Ability to work independently across multiple locations
