Mobile Care Assistant
Mobile Care Assistant Vacancy
Due to our evolving care and lifestyle delivery, we are looking for passionate Mobile Care Assistants to join our growing care team.
All new starters receive a £300 bonus upon passing probation.
Location & Travel
- Area: Rotherham and surrounding regions
- Requirements:
- Valid full UK driving license
- Access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Travel expenses covered, with mileage paid at 43p per mile.
Compensation & Hours
- Hourly rate: £14.50/hour
- Extra pay:
- +30p per hour for working evening shifts
- +£1.30 per hour for working weekends
- Hours: Part-time, rotating basis (mornings, evenings, weekends)
About the Role
This is a dual role combining Personal Care and Domestic Services. You will work with Field Care Supervisors, House Managers, and Registered Care Managers to deliver bespoke care and lifestyle support. This includes:
- Assisting with personal care (morning/evening routines, mobility, hygiene)
- Supporting household tasks (cleaning, shopping, meal prep)
- Providing companionship and well-being support (social activities, transport, appointment assistance)
- Maintaining communal areas to a high standard

Support Individual Homeowners:
- Personalised care ( bathing, dressing, medication assistance )
- Daily activity support (meals, mobility, personal hygiene )

- Cleaning communal areas
- Home assistance (cleaning, grocery shopping, household organisation)

- Escorting homeowners to appointments/outings
What We’re Looking For
Ideal Candidates Must Have:
✔ A valid full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle ✔ Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays ✔ Strong interpersonal skills and empathy ✔ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Desired (but not essential):
- Previous experience in a care or domestic environment
- Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (training provided if new to the sector)
