Based – Fletcher Court, Keighley
This post holder will be based at Fletcher Court, Scatcherd Drive, Keighley, BD22 7NU.
They will be responsible for the day-to-day caretaking provision (this post includes some cleaning and manual lifting of items, so applicants must be physically fit).
Other duties include:
- Carrying out weekly and monthly statutory health and safety checks through the site
- Weekly testing of fire system and keeping associated records up to date
- Removing refuse from the internal areas to the external trade waste bins.
- Cleaning / clearing communal interior/external areas.
- Ensuring any vacant apartments are ready for any prospective tenant.
