About The Role
Job Title: Mobile Catering Assistant
Location: Covering independent schools across Central London, Twickenham & surrounding areas
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts & Working hours: 9am-2pm (20 hours per week) *Minimum 20 hours per week, with regular opportunities for additional hours up to 40 hours per week depending on operational needs
Working Weeks: 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)

Pay Details: £12,600 per year (*with additional hours paid at the same rate)
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Mobile Catering Assistant, you’ll support our high-standard catering teams, helping deliver fresh, beautifully presented meals and a welcoming service to students and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with food preparation and service to a high standard
- Supporting plating, presentation, and counter service
- Operating the till and delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen and dining areas
- Working collaboratively with different school catering teams
- Upholding food safety, hygiene, and safeguarding standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Great customer service skills (catering, hospitality, or retail experience is desirable)
- A passion for food and high standards
- Reliability and a positive, flexible attitude
- Confidence working across multiple school sites
- A team player who enjoys supporting others
