Role Description
The Mobile Cleaner role is a full-time, remote position that involves traveling between client sites to provide high-quality cleaning services. Day-to-day tasks include general cleaning duties such as:

The Mobile Cleaner will follow agreed schedules and site-specific instructions, use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely, and ensure all areas meet company standards. The role includes:
- Communicating with supervisors and site contacts
- Reporting issues or maintenance needs
- Completing basic documentation (such as timesheets or checklists)
Flexibility is required to cover different locations, shifts, and occasional emergency cleaning requests.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, with the ability to follow cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to work independently, plan routes, and manage multiple sites or tasks in a day.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients, supervisors, and colleagues, and for reporting issues clearly and promptly.
- Awareness of health and safety practices, including safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to transport suitable for mobile work; willingness to travel across assigned areas.
- Ability to perform physically active work, including standing, bending, lifting light equipment, and working in different environments and shifts.
- Previous experience in facilities services or soft FM is an advantage; basic literacy and numeracy skills are required.
- Commitment to professional conduct, reliability, and delivering a courteous, customer-focused service at all times.
