Location: Baskingstoke and surrounding areas
Salary: £28,072.09 per annum
Hours: 40 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday (Hours as Required)
The Role
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Mobile Supervisor to support multiple customer sites across the South, South West and Wales region.
As a Mobile Supervisor, you will act as a uniformed ambassador for Kingdom, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational compliance and customer satisfaction. You will travel between sites conducting audits, inspections and compliance checks, supporting colleagues, providing absence cover and ensuring service standards are consistently maintained.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems and building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, inspections and compliance checks.
- Monitor colleague performance and provide coaching and support.
- Ensure sites operate in line with contractual, regulatory and company standards.
- Complete physical checks of site documentation and records.
- Support training compliance and operational readiness.
- Provide planned and unplanned absence cover to maintain service continuity.
- Identify, report and escalate risks, incidents and service concerns.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain company vehicles and assets in line with company procedures.
- Complete one-off customer requests and additional chargeable services.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Produce accurate reports and management information when required.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role within a service-led environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
- Flexible approach to working hours and travel.
- Full five-year checkable work history.
- Right to work in the UK.
