Job Title: Mobile Corporate Fitness Coach
Location: Birmingham and various North/Central UK Locations
About the role:
The role of the Mobile Corporate Fitness Coach is central to providing our client’s employees with a caring and proactive wellbeing support service. Westfield Health are dedicated to making a healthy difference to the quality of life of our customers, and the Fitness Coach supports our mission by delivering and implementing the Westfield Health wellbeing programme to our client.
Your responsibilities:
- On-call cover for the Northern & Central region Westfield Health Active Spaces, including cover for up to 8 sites.
- Providing cover for annual leave, sickness and events.
- The mobile coach will be based in HSBC Birmingham and assist the onsite team with normal daily operations, when not required elsewhere.
- Front of house to members using gym and other facilities.
- Setting up and changing of studio classes
- Assist with the delivery of the Active Spaces wellbeing programmes.
- Conducting initial assessments and delivering gym inductions.
- To provide support in the delivery of the internal wellbeing strategy with a proactive, insight led approach.
- Liaising with the key stakeholders within the various Active Spaces.
- Assisting the Active Space Manager to ensure operations run smoothly, and any issues, such as maintenance or staff absences are resolved effectively and efficiently.
- Opportunities for personal training.
- Delivering various fitness classes and gym programmes throughout the week.
- Keep accurate records of sign-ups, membership numbers and payments.

What you’ll bring:
- Currently hold an industry certificate such as Level 2 Fitness Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training
- Strong communication skills
- Warm and welcoming approach to customers
- Strong planning and organising abilities
- First class interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Reliable and punctual
- A passion and ethos for helping others with their health and wellbeing
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products

Salary, Perks & Benefits:
- Salary - £27,976 per annum
- 40 hours per week
- 25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period.
