About The Role
We're looking for a Mobile Designer to join our team in the Erdington Showroom!
Our cutting-edge showrooms serve as an endless source of inspiration for our customers. With our Mobile Showrooms, we have a unique chance to meet customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering an authentic Wren design experience.
You'll receive a competitive basic salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.
Main Responsibilities:
Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs. Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You'll explain this process to the customer during your visit. Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design. Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
Previous experience working to sales targets in a retail environment is desirable Creative mindset with an eye for detail Commitment to customer satisfaction Flexible working shifts including evenings and weekends Full driving licence, valid in the UK
