About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Dart App Developer to join our Research & Development Engineering team. In this senior role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications tailored for healthcare environments. Your expertise will directly influence the delivery of solutions that clinicians rely on for real-time patient data monitoring and management. This position requires a proactive, hands-on engineer with a deep understanding of mobile architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within an Agile framework. You will contribute to architectural decisions, best practices, and innovative features that enhance our healthcare solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of security, performance, and usability.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Over 8 years of comprehensive software development experience
- At least 3 years of advanced Flutter development
- 4 years of experience in building data-driven mobile applications
- Proficiency in Dart
- Experience in at least one additional programming language such as Swift, Kotlin, Java, or Objective-C
- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, state management, and design patterns
- Solid understanding of RESTful API integration, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with version control systems like Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams
- Self-motivated attitude, proactive learning approach, and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
As a Senior Flutter Dart App Developer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that meet clinical and healthcare requirements
- Contributing to architectural and technical decision-making throughout the development lifecycle
- Building data-driven applications that integrate seamlessly with RESTful backend services
- Developing responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define workflows
- Participating in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions
- Delivering software on schedule, including comprehensive documentation, unit tests, and artefacts necessary for deployment
- Supporting CI/CD processes, vulnerability management, and secure development practices
- Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Operating effectively within asynchronous and multi-threaded environments
- Mentoring junior engineers
- Upholding Agile/Scrum methodologies and embodying Spacelabs' core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
