About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Flutter Dart App Developer to join our Research & Development Engineering team. This role is integral to designing, developing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications tailored for healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Flutter and Dart programming languages, complemented by experience in building scalable, data-driven mobile solutions. As a senior developer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of robust and user-centric applications that meet the stringent requirements of healthcare providers and patients alike. Your expertise will directly influence the development of tools that improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in mobile application development, with a focus on Flutter and Dart.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, data integration, and backend communication.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and security protocols is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring they meet healthcare industry standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define application requirements and user stories.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of mobile solutions.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services via RESTful APIs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and promote best practices within the team.
- Implement and maintain automated testing to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development and healthcare IT, applying relevant innovations to projects.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations throughout the development process.
