Job Summary
The Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist will work exclusively on our in-house MDM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, validating, and managing client-specific MDM policies to ensure seamless device provisioning and compliance across various geographies. This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to delivering scalable, reliable, and compliant solutions to clients in the Life Sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and translate them into tailored MDM policies.
- Create, configure, and validate MDM policies on our in-house platform to ensure compliance with industry standards and client needs.
- Monitor and maintain the MDM system to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM configurations, deployments, and device provisioning.
- Support the development of device management strategies, including lifecycle management, security updates, and policy enforcement.
- Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and insights for platform improvements.
- Ensure MDM configurations align with regulatory and compliance requirements in over 100 countries.
- Provide documentation, training, and technical support to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mobile device management and security.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- Proven experience as an MDM Specialist or similar role, preferably with a focus on in-house or proprietary platforms.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing MDM policies.
- Familiarity with device provisioning, configuration, and security best practices.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MDM platforms (experience with proprietary systems is a plus).
- Understanding of mobile device ecosystems, including Android and iOS platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and global device management requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry or similar regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with managing devices with NFC, fingerprint readers, and large memory systems.
- Understanding of global logistics and device provisioning challenges.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
