About The Role
We are looking to recruit a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our mobile FM team, covering the Southeast region with a focus around Southampton and surrounding areas.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across a varied portfolio of commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults across commercial buildings
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and compliance standards
- Undertake testing, inspection, and certification where required
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Accurately complete job reports and documentation via digital systems
- Work flexibly across multiple sites within the region
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition (BS7671) qualification
- Experience working within a Facilities Management / Building Services environment
- Knowledge of compliance, statutory regulations, and safe systems of work
- Full UK driving licence (essential for mobile role)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
