Up to £44k base salary Mon to Fri (8 - 5). Overtime available - up to additional £54k OTE Call out 1 week in 10 with £150 standby payment plus 4 hours paid if called out Covering Somerset, Devon and some of Cornwall
Here at ISS, as one of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are now looking for an Electrician to provide a mobile facilities maintenance service across a number of Banking and Government contracts in Cornwall, Devon, and some Somerset.
Here, you will travel using a company van, delivering planned and reactive maintenance, while completing small projects and ad hoc repairs, with usage of company laptop, phone and tools. The engineering work is predominantly electrical and lone working, however there will be small plumbing/mechanical and fabric jobs to complete, and larger jobs will require cooperation with another engineer.

Actions will include:
The main focus of the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) work will primarily focus on but not limited to the following types of works:
- Emergency lighting tests
- Alarm systems work
- Tap temperatures checks
- Distribution board inspections
- Occasional work with FCU (Fan coil units)
- Minor plumbing/fabric works
- Subcontractor management

You need:
- Electrical experience - can accept candidates from an install or maintenance background
- Full electrical qualifications
