Maintenance Plumber – Public Sector (North London Healthcare)
Integral are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our Public Sector team, working across multiple sites on our North London healthcare contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in line with Integrals Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and task schedules
- Provide engineering cover for the client’s events
- Complete PPM activity professionally and to a high standard
- Produce technical and situational reports as required by contractual obligations
- Proactively use allocated technology and software systems to maintain compliance
- Perform all works in a professional, proactive, and timely manner
- Ensure clear and effective communication with the team and client
- Prepare detailed activity reports according to company procedures
- Support the management team’s quotation process by offering accurate assessments when extra works are identified
- Attend all team meetings, briefings, and training as scheduled
- Submit accurate weekly timesheets on time
- Present Integral in a professional and positive light at all times
- Escalate major site issues or incidents to your line manager immediately upon noticing them
- Supervise and manage Integral’s subcontractors while working on-site
- Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk or management

Previous Experience Essential
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Experience diagnosing and resolving plumbing and mechanical faults
- Confident with mechanical aspects of general building PPM schedules
- Team-based working experience
- City & Guilds (Mechanical) qualification or equivalent
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
(Health & Safety awareness is required; no officially associated qualifications listed.)
