Mobile / Bench Engineer (Multiskilled)

📍 Regional Role (Mobile & Site Cover)

🏢 Pareto FM

🕒 Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm (flexibility required)

Pareto FM is looking for a Multiskilled Mobile / Bench Engineer to support maintenance delivery across a regional portfolio of sites.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days look the same. You’ll provide cover across both mobile and static sites — supporting planned maintenance, reactive works, and tenant requirements — ensuring all building services are safe, compliant, and fully operational.

While electrically biased, this role requires a well-rounded engineer who is comfortable working across wider M&E and building services.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance while supporting the wider contract team across multiple sites.

This includes stepping in to cover sickness, holidays, and workload peaks, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining high standards across all locations.

You’ll work closely with Supervisors, Managers, and a regional team of around 30+ engineers and support staff, with regular communication through team meetings, calls, and group channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
