Location: Northwest Midlands (Based from HMP Stafford – covering regional sites)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time 39 hours per week (08:00–17:00) + 1 in 4 weekends (15% shift allowance)
Salary: £35,504 – £44,830 (depending on experience) + van & fuel card

What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems
- Servicing and inspecting appliances, including combustion analysis & testing
- Working on boilers, heaters, water systems and ventilation
- Supporting upgrades, installations and minor works
- Ensuring safe, compliant working in line with industry and site standards

What we’re looking for
- Gas Safe registered with commercial qualifications (e.g. CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/A)
- Experience working on commercial gas systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Additional qualifications or experience in regulated environments are a bonus—but not essential.
