Mobile Handyman
Mobile Handyman – CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions
CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Mobile Handyman to join the team, based in the East Coast of England (Grimsby, Colchester, Hornsea, Humberside).
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
- Repair floor & wall coverings.
- Conduct other building maintenance & installation works as required.
- Accountable for:
- Lighting, general lamp changes,
- Filter changes for AHU’s / FCU’s,
- Basic plumbing requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.
- Maintain accurate records of:
- All maintenance activities,
- Inspections, and
- Equipment logs.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and conduct inspections while maintaining accurate records of compliance.

Working Hours
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Overtime possibilities.
Desirable Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience working in a high-profile work environment.
- Previous fabric/workshop experience advantageous.
- PC literate.
- Good customer relationship skills.
