Role and Responsibilities
- Attend customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
- Work independently while delivering excellent customer service
- Use the company mobile app to update job and progress reports
- Build relationships with existing and new customers
Essential Experience

- Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting
- Must hold a full UK manual driving licence
- Confidence in direct customer interaction
Desirable Experience (Not mandatory, but valuable)
- Mobile or on-call engineering experience
- Commercial awareness or customer development experience
Note: This role requires ** participation in an on-call rota** (typically 1 week on, 3 weeks off).
