Role and Responsibilities
- Attend customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
- Diagnosing faults, then completing repairs safely and efficiently
- Work independently while delivering excellent customer service
- Update jobs and reports via the company mobile app
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
Experience Required
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Confidence dealing directly with customers

Desirable Additional Experience
- Mobile or on-call engineering experience
- Commercial awareness or customer development experience
This role requires participation in an on-call rota, typically one week in every four. Međutim, this likely depends on company dynamics that do not fluctuate noticeably in demand unlike typical field assignments.
