Role & Responsibilities
The Field Support Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational continuity:
- Attend customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
- Work independently while delivering excellent customer service
- Update jobs and reports via the company mobile app
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Key Note: This role includes participation in an on-call rota, typically one week in every four.
Essential Requirements
Must have:
- Hands-on experience in hose replacement, plant engineering, HGV mechanics, agricultural or mechanical fittings
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Confidence in direct customer interaction
Desirable Experience
- Experience working in mobile or on-call engineering roles
- Background in commercial awareness or customer development
