Role: Customer Service Engineer (Hydraulics/Hose)
Responsibilities:
- Attend customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
- Work independently while delivering excellent customer service
- Update job progress and reporting via the company mobile app
- Build relationships with new and repeat customers

Requirements
Essential Experience:
- Experience in hose replacement, plant equipment, HGV, agricultural, or mechanical fitting
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Confidence in customer-facing interactions
Desirable Experience:
- Previous mobile or on-call engineering experience
- Customer development or commercial awareness
Note: Role includes participation in an on-call rota (typically 1 week per 4).
