Van Mobile M&E Engineer FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings

London
£46,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Van mobile maintenance engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract with key sites in London.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £46,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Package & Working Hours

  • Basic Salary of up to £46,000
  • Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
  • 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Van & Fuel Card
  • Tablet & Work Phone Provided
  • Full company uniform

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
  • Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
  • Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
  • Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
  • Report service affecting issues to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
  • Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.

Requirements

  • Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
  • Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
  • City & Guilds - 18th Edition
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
  • Previous experience of performing a Building Services Engineer role
  • Must be able to work unsupervised to a high quality
