Mobile Product Owner
Nest Invest
London (Hybrid working)
At Nest Invest, we're leading the way in driving up standards and best practices across the industry, delivering a high-quality, low-cost pension scheme that's open to all. Now with 10 million members, we're playing a critical role in helping people save for their retirement, many of whom are low to moderate earners who may be saving for the first time and moving jobs frequently.
Our investment team is responsible for investing our members' contributions to grow their retirement pots over the long term. We're building a capability and culture that embraces innovation, leverages technology and harnesses the power of data to deliver exceptional outcomes for our members.
The Role
As our Mobile Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Nest's digital experience. Reporting into the Head of Member Product, you'll own the strategy, roadmap and customer experience for our mobile app, working closely with Product Owners across our onboarding, in-life and retirement journeys to deliver a seamless experience for our members.
Having launched our app as an MVP, we're now entering an exciting phase of growth. You'll be responsible for evolving the platform into Nest's primary digital channel, delivering new functionality, enhancing usability and ensuring members receive an intuitive, engaging experience every time they interact with us.
Working alongside UX specialists, Business Analysts and our third-party delivery partner, you'll prioritise features, influence product direction and challenge delivery where required, ensuring high-quality outcomes are delivered for both the business and our members.
This is a unique opportunity to join at the start of the app's evolution and have genuine ownership over one of Nest's most important digital products.
The Person
We're looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background delivering customer-facing mobile applications within Pensions or Financial Services. You'll be passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences, balancing customer needs with commercial priorities and working collaboratively across multiple teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
