Are you a dedicated and confident driver or motorbike rider with a passion for security? The Keyholding Company, the UK's number one keyholding and alarm response specialist, is looking for enthusiastic security professionals to join our dynamic London Operations team. Position: Mobile Security Officer (Car OR Motorbike)

Location: Kennington Business Park, SW9

Shift pattern: 4on 4off days & Nights only 19:00-07:00

Salary: £13.78 p/h

About the role:

As a Mobile Security Officer, you'll be the first responder to our clients' sites, attending to specific requests, alarm activations, or emergencies. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of commercial and residential properties across London.

You will be predominantly on the road but will be stationed and required to attend our office in Southwest London at the start of your shift.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responding to alarm activations at commercial and residential properties.
  • Conducting routine property patrols and key checks.
  • Performing mobile patrols, unlocks, and lockups as needed.
  • Learning and understanding our range of products and services.
  • Building strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Carrying out key audits and maintaining detailed records.

What we're looking for:

  • SIA DS/SG licence
  • Full UK Driving licence (Car) OR Full UK motorbike licence (CBT licence holders considered).
  • At least 2 years of driving/riding experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good geographical knowledge of London.
  • Forward-thinking, can-do attitude, able to work well under pressure.
