Mobile Security Supervisor

Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced hands-on Mobile Security Supervisor to join the Pinnacle Workplace Security teams based in the North West. Your role will be working closely with the Senior Account Manager to ensure adequate and suitable staffing of the client’s premises by way of site visits, patrols, welfare checks and arranging or providing shift cover in the North West.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

We are offering a Permanent Role of 42 hours per week. Flexibility is key, as the position operates seven days per week, with the potential requirement to work weekends when operational demands arise, and there would be an expectation to cover 12-hour shifts in Liverpool, Manchester, and Deeside.

This role also comes with a fully financed company electric vehicle, an EV charge card, a laptop and a mobile phone. If you are committed to providing a secure environment and have a strong sense of responsibility, we would love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
