Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mobile Service Technician. The Mobile Service Technician will be responsible for:

  • Providing on-site hydraulic hose repairs and maintenance
  • Diagnosing issues
  • Ensuring efficient service delivery

The role includes:

  • Maintaining customer relationships
  • Following safety and operational protocols
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of service jobs

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in mechanical repairs, hydraulic systems, and equipment maintenance
  • Problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting expertise to identify and resolve issues
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills to ensure timely job completion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and operational guidelines
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work independently
  • Prior experience in hydraulic systems or related technical field is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications would be beneficial
