Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mobile Service Technician. The Mobile Service Technician will be responsible for:
- Providing on-site hydraulic hose repairs and maintenance
- Diagnosing issues
- Ensuring efficient service delivery
The role includes:
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Following safety and operational protocols
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of service jobs

Qualifications
- Technical skills in mechanical repairs, hydraulic systems, and equipment maintenance
- Problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting expertise to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills to ensure timely job completion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and operational guidelines
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work independently
- Prior experience in hydraulic systems or related technical field is advantageous but not mandatory
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications would be beneficial
