Location: Bovington & Poole Active MOD Sites
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time
Salary: £40,000 + Benefits
Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Site Supervisor to join a leading facilities and engineering services provider supporting active MOD sites across Bovington and Poole. This role will involve overseeing engineering service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring maintenance activities, compliance, and operational standards are consistently achieved within secure and highly regulated environments.
The successful candidate will supervise engineering teams and subcontractors, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, and act as a key point of contact between engineers, clients, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise engineering service delivery across multiple MOD sites, ensuring operational continuity and compliance
- Coordinate engineers and subcontractors carrying out PPM, reactive, remedial, and quoted works
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed SLAs
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
- Review RAMS and oversee contractor activities on site
- Support the management of engineering teams including daily coordination and performance monitoring
- Assist with scheduling works alongside client response and PPM planning teams
- Carry out regular site inspections and ensure accurate completion of service documentation and logbooks
- Support small works and minor project delivery across the contract
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and end users
- Assist with escalation management and out-of-hours support when required
- Produce service updates and support KPI reporting where required

Required Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or Engineering Supervisor position
- Strong understanding of building services maintenance and FM operations
- Experience coordinating engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations and safe systems of work
- Experience reviewing RAMS and managing permit-to-work procedures
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work within secure MOD environments
