Your Role as a Brand Ambassador As a key member of our team, you’ll be immersed in every aspect of the customer journey. You’ll represent the Missoma brand with warmth, style, and confidence, creating a welcoming space that reflects our values. What You’ll Be Doing Creating a positive, upbeat environment that makes every customer feel at home. Offering personalised style advice and sharing your passion for our products and brand story. Delivering exceptional service from first interaction to final purchase. Building lasting relationships with customers, including follow-ups and tailored recommendations. Becoming an expert in our collections, materials, and care advice. Supporting visual merchandising and ensuring the store always looks its best. Using in-store technology to enhance the customer experience. Helping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient store environment. What We’re Looking For You don’t need to tick every box, but here’s what will help you thrive in this role: 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role (luxury retail is a plus). A natural communicator who’s warm, engaging, and proactive. Passionate about fashion, jewellery, and helping people express themselves. Comfortable using digital tools and tech to support the customer journey. A team player with a “can-do” attitude and a love for learning. Someone who’s excited to grow with a brand that’s constantly evolving.
