Role Title: Mobile Contract Supervisor
Location: Greater London & around M25
Work Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate all MEP systems on sites in a competent, and confident manner (including MV/LV Electrical isolations/operations). Making recommendations for improvement and providing concise technical reports when required.
- Ensure that Specialist Vendors service visits are completed efficiently, and quality of work has been inspected and recommendations are communicated to the Integral Supervisor. This includes but is not limited to reviewing supplier RAMS ahead of visits and highlighting any concerns.
- Actively participate and complete Health and Safety compliance activities, such as Hazard/Near Miss Reporting and regular attendance/completion of scheduled Toolbox Talks.
- Liaise with the supply chain, when ordering M&E components for remedial/corrective works.
- Take ownership of sites under Integral control, ensuring they are brought up to and maintained to the required show site standards.
- Efficient and effective completion of elogbooks PPM/Reactive tasks that have been allocated, ensuring that tasks have been acknowledged and completed within SLA.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with mobile engineers, Helpdesk, contract admin and Contract Delivery Manager through all means of communication to hand. This includes face to face, via phone call, text message, Teams chat and especially email on a day to day basis.
- Availability for Overtime works.
- Availability for Out Of Hours Call Out rota pending passing probationary period.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Building Services Environments.
- Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar.
- FCU servicing and experience.
- C&G Pts. 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds.
- 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition)
- Simmtronic lighting control system understanding and/or proficiency.
- Emergency lighting testing, fault reporting and fault finding skills.
- elogbooks CAFM system use and experience or similar system.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
- Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
- Have excellent IT skills including proficient use and understanding of email communication with colleagues and client as required.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
