Where the Work Takes Place
Field-based role – You will conduct on-site service and maintenance at customer locations.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Maintenance & Repairs
- Undertake comprehensive preventative maintenance and repairs on vehicles
- Diagnose and fix faults to ensure warranty compliance
- Maintain an efficient fleet of vehicles for contract customers

Administrative & Reporting
- Complete job cards, service sheets, timesheets, and relevant paperwork accurately
- Carry out diagnostic analysis where necessary

Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Build trust and rapport with internal and external customers
- Ensure clear end-of-shift handover, including on/off-road vehicle status

- Contribute to a proactive cultural environment and continuous process improvement
- Achieve financial and cultural objectives alongside peers

- Enforce Health, Safety & Environmental standards at every stage
- Adhere to Safe Systems of Work and report incidents promptly
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping and PPE compliance
- Always wear the designated corporate uniform

What You’ll Bring
Desirable Skills & Certifications
✔ GCSEs in Maths & English ✔ F-Gas 2079 Certification ✔ Mechanical and electrical training/qualifications
Essential Knowledge & Attributes
✔ Experience in mechanical or refrigeration environments ✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ✔ Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills ✔ Full valid driving licence
Key Soft Skills
Flexibility to travel to varying site locations as required Commitment to multiskilling and staying adaptable through necessary training
