Where the Work Takes Place

Field-based role – You will conduct on-site service and maintenance at customer locations.


What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Maintenance & Repairs
    • Undertake comprehensive preventative maintenance and repairs on vehicles
    • Diagnose and fix faults to ensure warranty compliance
    • Maintain an efficient fleet of vehicles for contract customers

  • Administrative & Reporting

    • Complete job cards, service sheets, timesheets, and relevant paperwork accurately
    • Carry out diagnostic analysis where necessary

    • Ensure clear end-of-shift handover, including on/off-road vehicle status
  • Team & Operational Excellence

    • Contribute to a proactive cultural environment and continuous process improvement

    • Enforce Health, Safety & Environmental standards at every stage
    • Adhere to Safe Systems of Work and report incidents promptly
    • Maintain exceptional housekeeping and PPE compliance

What You’ll Bring

Desirable Skills & Certifications

✔ GCSEs in Maths & English ✔ F-Gas 2079 Certification ✔ Mechanical and electrical training/qualifications

Essential Knowledge & Attributes

✔ Experience in mechanical or refrigeration environments ✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ✔ Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills ✔ Full valid driving licence


Key Soft Skills

Flexibility to travel to varying site locations as required Commitment to multiskilling and staying adaptable through necessary training
