Administrator Position – Sunbelt Rental Team
About the Role
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our friendly Sunbelt team. Primarily reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager, you will support the Regional Engineering operation by delivering an effective and efficient administration service aligned with company policies.
Your core responsibility involves admin support to the business, covering key systems, processes, and daily operations. As an Administrator, you will oversee the following key tasks:
- Control of customer repair administration
- Collating breakdown information
- Raising purchase orders for the Workshop/Office
- Assisting with Hire Desk administration

About You – Requirements
We’ll provide training, support, and career development, but to succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven admin and customer service skills
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and flexible—keen to take initiative and embrace new training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional administration, planning, and organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in IT/Computers, with practical experience in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) + database entry
- Previous experience in hire, construction, or related industries preferred but not essential
