Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Training department as a Mobile Training Engineer (South West).
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Training Specialist to deliver high-quality technical training across our expanding portfolio of heat pumps, renewable energy systems, and combustion products.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide engaging and effective training to both Worcester Bosch customers and employees, helping to develop the skills and knowledge required to support the transition to low-carbon heating technologies.
You will play an important part in supporting the company’s electrification strategy by ensuring customers are equipped to succeed in a rapidly evolving market.
This is a field-based position, working closely with customers, sales teams, and fellow training colleagues. You will be responsible for delivering training at customer locations across your designated South West region, building strong relationships and providing expert support. Additional ad-hoc travel throughout the UK and Ireland, including overnight stays where required, may be necessary to meet business needs and support wider training initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
