With the imminent development of our Eurocentral operation, we are investing in expanding our mobile service capability to support customers across the region. We are now seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Truck Technician to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a key frontline role, delivering Mercedes-Benz standard service and repair work directly at customer premises or at the roadside.

Working autonomously, you will represent both our business and the Mercedes-Benz brand—ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest manufacturer standards while providing exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out servicing, maintenance and repair work on Mercedes-Benz trucks and buses
· Diagnose electrical, mechanical and technical faults using manufacturer diagnostic systems (XENTRY / Star Diagnosis)
· Perform vehicle inspections and compliance checks
· Conduct on-site repairs and roadside assistance where required
· Ensure all work is completed in line with Mercedes-Benz technical standards and processes
· Accurately complete job cards, digital service records, and warranty documentation
· Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor
What We’re Looking For
· Qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
· Experience working with Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles (desirable, not essential)
· Strong diagnostic capability and familiarity with modern vehicle systems

· Ability to work independently in a mobile, customer-facing environment
· A professional approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
· Full UK driving licence (HGV Class 1 or 2 advantageous)
