💰 Competitive Package & Perks
- Base Salary: £45,370 (LWA included if applicable)
- Target Earnings: Up to £57,000 per year
- Guaranteed Overtime Option: Increase base pay with additional OT and bonuses
- Hours: 40 hrs/week (core 8:30 am–5:00 pm, 1 Saturday every 4)

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planned repairs aligned with RAC standards
- Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnostics using mobile equipment
- Recommend service actions for members
- Uphold safety standards in every visit
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- 2+ years’ experience as a vehicle technician
- Full UK licence (< 6 points)
Soft Skills:
- People-focused (PSA face for the RAC)
- Independence with structure (confidence in problem-solving)
- Passion for customer outcomes (making people’s drives safer)
