Mobilisation Lead

Senior Mobilisation Lead – Transforming Supported Living

About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate Mobilisation Lead to drive our ambitious transformation programme at Sense. Working alongside the Head of Mobilisation, Director of Transformation, and operational leaders, you’ll spearhead projects that shift our services from residential care to supported living. Your role will involve collaborating directly with services, commissioners, and families to turn strategic plans into actionable, people-centred change.

This is a hands-on delivery role—expect to work in services, troubleshoot challenges, build relationships, and ensure change is implemented safely, with our people at its heart.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Transformation Delivery

  • Lead mobilisation projects focused on transitioning from residential care to supported living.
  • Convert strategic decisions into practical delivery plans, defining clear actions, responsibilities, and milestones.
  • Work with managers and frontline teams to implement change and embed new working practices.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure smooth handover into business-as-usual operations.

Keep People at the Heart of Change

  • Guarantee every transformation is person-centred, prioritising the needs, aspirations, and rights of the people we support.
  • Collaborate with families, advocates, co-production teams, and operational colleagues throughout the transformation.
  • Ensure change is delivered with care, transparency, and respect, understanding the significance of homes, relationships, and routines.

Build Strong Partnerships

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, property, finance, HR, digital, communications) to deliver successful change.
  • Develop relationships with commissioners, housing providers, local authorities, and partner organisations.
  • Facilitate workshops and planning sessions that drive momentum and practical outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
