About Liva
Since our inception in 2015 in Denmark, Liva has been a pioneer in the field of digital behaviour change. Our ambition is to empower 1 million people by 2030 to improve their health and well-being by preventing and managing chronic conditions through digitally-powered, evidence-based lifestyle interventions.
Headquartered in Copenhagen and London, our collaborations with healthcare systems - including the NHS, life science companies and health insurers - allow us to impact lives at scale. We recently acquired Momenta, a leading developer and provider of evidence-based, outcome driven, healthy lifestyle solutions that help people negotiate the many day-to-day challenges they face in living healthier lives, with a focus on weight management.
About the Role
When Liva wins a new contract, someone has to turn that signed agreement into a fully operational platform and healthcare service before go-live. The Mobilisation Manager role owns everything between contract award and go-live: coordinating clinical, technical, product, and compliance teams to build the contract out, and catching risks and gaps before they become problems.
The role is deliberately time-bound. You mobilise a contract, hand it to the Client Operations Manager at go-live, then move to the next one. You're not managing the ongoing relationship, you're making sure it starts on solid ground, ready on time, with no surprises at handover.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Leading mobilisation planning and governance for new contracts, so nothing gets missed between signature and go-live
- Coordinating technical, clinical, product, and compliance stakeholders - without needing authority over any of them - to hit go-live dates
- Owning the RAID log and project plan, and flagging risk early enough to act on it
- Being the client's main point of contact through mobilisation, so they always know where things stand
- Coordinating DPIA and data flow sign-off with IG/DPO ahead of go-live
- Handing over cleanly to steady-state operations once the contract is live
What You’ll Have
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects - healthcare or another regulated environment is a strong plus
- Comfort working to fixed go-live deadlines across multiple parallel workstreams
- Working knowledge of data protection processes (DPIA, data flow mapping)
- Commercial awareness - you understand what delay and scope creep actually cost
- PM tooling experience (Jira, Antura, Excel or equivalent)
What You’ll Get
This role is where Liva's solutions come to life, transforming concepts and contracts into fully operational platforms and healthcare services. Every contract is different, often NHS or healthcare partners with real patients waiting on the other side, so you're building something new each time, not repeating the same playbook on one account. Contracts span the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and beyond, each with different regulations & governance, so no two mobilisations look the same.
