About the Role
VINCI Facilities is seeking an experienced and highly organised Mobilisation Manager to support the successful mobilisation of new and retained contracts across our Retail, Government, and Transport sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth transition and implementation of both Hard Services and Total Facilities Management (TFM) contracts.
Based in Denton, this role will work closely with operational teams, commercial teams, and clients to ensure all mobilisations are delivered safely, on time, and in line with VINCI Facilities’ high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end mobilisation of Hard FM and TFM contracts
- Develop and manage detailed mobilisation plans, programmes, and governance processes
- Coordinate operational readiness including staffing, supply chain, compliance, and systems implementation
- Work collaboratively with Operations Managers and Account Directors to ensure successful contract transitions
- Manage risk registers and mobilisation budgets
- Ensure all statutory, compliance, and contractual requirements are achieved
- Support continuous improvement and capture lessons learned from mobilisation activities
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients

Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience mobilising FM, Hard Services, or TFM contracts (or managing complex operational projects)
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience working within Facilities Management or service-led environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness and risk management capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning tools
