We’re looking for a proactive and analytical MOBs Support Analyst to join our team, supporting operational performance across our networks.

This is a permanent, full-time role for 37 hours, with a hybrid working pattern. The role can be based anywhere across the network, with some travel required for meetings and collaboration.

As a MOBs Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in turning data into meaningful insights that support operational performance and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and the CDM function to ensure data-driven decision-making is embedded across programmes.

This is a great opportunity to combine analytical skills with stakeholder engagement, helping to drive performance across a complex operational environment.

What you’ll be doing

Analyse performance & drive insight

  • Analyse and interpret operational data to support performance across MOBs activities
  • Deliver insights that drive efficiency and continuous improvement

Develop reporting & dashboards

  • Create reports, dashboards, and data models to track performance
  • Support reporting against regulatory and business targets

Support programme delivery

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support planning cycles, programme delivery, and issue resolution

Manage risk & improve performance

  • Monitor risks, opportunities, and resource levels across programmes
  • Drive improvements in data quality and operational performance

What you’ll bring

You’ll be a confident and detail-oriented analyst with strong communication skills and a passion for using data to influence decisions. You’ll be comfortable working across teams and presenting insights to a range of stakeholders.

Experience

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance management
  • Understanding of programme delivery and change management is beneficial

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Understanding of data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of MOBs is advantageous
