Model Agent
MMG Models London | Shoreditch, London | Full-time
MMG Models London is looking for a motivated and commercially driven Model Agent to join our growing team in Shoreditch.
We are looking for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of the modelling industry, enjoys building strong relationships and has a natural drive to create new opportunities for both models and the agency.
The role:
- Manage model bookings from initial enquiry through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Proactively develop new business and identify booking opportunities
- Understand client briefs and recommend the right models for each project
- Negotiate rates and booking terms
- Manage castings, options, availabilities and confirmations
- Support the career development and management of models
- Scout new faces and contribute to the continued growth of the agency

About you:
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience within a model agency or a strong commercial background within the fashion industry
- Are confident in client communication and relationship building
- Have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy developing new business
- Are proactive, ambitious and highly organised
- Have a genuine understanding of and interest in the modelling and fashion industry

We are ideally looking for the successful candidate to join us by the end of August.
