Ditto Models is a fast-growing model and talent agency representing a diverse roster of models, actors and creative talent across the UK.
We’re looking for a motivated, organised and commercially-minded Booker to join our team. The right person will be confident at developing relationships, seeking opportunities and converting enquiries into bookings.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment, and is excited to help our agency continue to grow.

Previous booking, casting, or production experience would be a bonus, as would a cool head under pressure and a good understanding of social media.
Ideally, you will be Bristol-based and will work full-time in our Bristol studio. However, if you have a strong background we can be flexible for the right candidate.
The Role
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
- Identifying and opening conversations with potential new clients.
- Looking after our amazing roster of talent.
- Scouting and nurturing new faces.
- Managing bookings smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Handling booking administration seamlessly, keeping the process clear and simple for our clients.
