About the Role
As a Nursery Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in the care and development of young children at Thrive Lark Hill House while earning a Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting senior staff in planning and organising engaging activities for children
- Ensuring children’s safety and observing their behavior to track progress
- Adhering to nursery guidelines and protocols
- Participating in training sessions to enhance your skills in childcare and early childhood education
- Joining long-standing, experienced teams and contributing with passion daily
