Experienced in IT consulting, solution architecture, and project management, with a focus on modern workplace and cloud solutions with experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365, Azure, AVD, and Power Platform solutions for enterprise customers. Deep knowledge and expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform features, services, and architectures, and how they can be integrated and customized to meet the customer's needs and goals. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions to various audiences, from executives to end users. And Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple and competing priorities and deliver results under pressure. Strong customer focus and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand the customer's business context, challenges, and expectations, and to build trust and rapport.
