Location: Nationwide (Starting from Gosport, Hampshire)
Hourly Rate: £16.50 per hour, 35k basic - with overtime estimated 40k+
Job Type: Full-Time

The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Site Operative to join our installation team. You will be responsible for assembling and installing garden rooms onsite, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that involves daily travel to different locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites to assist in the installation of garden rooms.
- Handle tools and materials safely to ensure efficient and high-quality builds.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Communicate professionally with customers when onsite.

Requirements
- A full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
- Willingness to travel daily to different installation sites.
- Ability to work overtime when required (at an enhanced pay rate).
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Must have experience in laying flooring & fitting UPVC windows and doors.
- Must have experience applying silicone and other forms of mastic.
