Physical Work Requirements
This role involves demanding physical tasks and adheres to the following requirements:
- Standing 8–10 hours continuously
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, squatting
- Lifting 100 lbs. (46KG) regularly
- Experience/motivation to work with fiberglass, solvents, paints, oils
- Must wear required PPE consistently

Responsibilities
Your role as a Molder II will include producing high-quality fiberglass parts and components for fueling systems:
- Apply materials (by hand/machine) to produce standard and custom components with precision.
- Prepare molds/tools with release films, wax, and part release products to ensure flawless finishes.
- Manage resin, glass, catalyst, and mold releases, adjusting for variations in temperature and climate.
- Trim parts to specifications using process sheets, drawings, and verbal instructions.
- Inspect surfaces for defects, ensuring compliance with quality control standards.
- Perform complex molding procedures, including shaping intricate composite materials.
- Transport finished parts to shipping, holding areas, or QA inspection stations.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed to support production goals.
Qualifications
We seek a detail-oriented problem solver with experience in fiberglass manufacturing. Preferred skills include:
- Previous experience as a Laminator or Molder (hands-on fabricating fiberglass parts).
- Technical knowledge of resins and fiberglass materials, including curing agents and release compounds.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to diagnose plant floor issues and propose actionable solutions.

- Experience with variable shift schedules (including weekends/overtime as needed).
- Commitment to maintaining strong hygiene and safety practices.
